Trusting Yourself
When it comes to making decisions about you, The person that has access to all that is knowable is you. Every other voice external to you is simply an opinion that can contrasted with your inner knowing.
We’ve been taught and trained in life to believe that there are authorities outside ourselves that know better than we do. If you want external sources of guidance, that is perfectly fine too.
Consider this, who know’s your body, your sensations, your feelings better than you do. Who knows what you’ve been through better than you do?
Does a psychic?
A medium?
An energy healer?
An acupuncture practitioner?
A primary care physician?
A therapist?
They too can only see through the lens of their own experience.
The reason we heal in the care of others is our willingness to trust what they are offering.
When you trust what you are receiving within your thoughts, your sensations, and feelings about what is going on in your life, you decide what is resonant and true for you.
Think back to a time when you received an intuitive hit, a gut feeling where you knew something to be true. But then, once you noticed the hunch, you squashed it, doubted it only to find out that you were spot on all along.
As you move into deeper listening and trusting, there can be years of old patterns of thoughts and beliefs that clutter up your access. This is why having a trusted guide to support you in you self discovery can be a great asset to your healing team.
If you’re ready to clean internal house and really tap into your inner wellspring on knowledge, I’d be honored to be along side you.
